About the Course
Come learn about what it takes to garden in the Sonoran Desert! Budding Gardeners will learn why plants are important, what they need to survive, basic plant parts, how to plan a garden, plant seeds, care for plants and so much more. Students will get hands on experience working in the Little Saplings garden.
Age Range: 8 -14
Class size: 8-10
Days/Hours: Wednesdays 2:00 - 4:00 pm
Course Dates: Oct 21- Dec 16 (8 weeks) (NO class Nov 25th)
Location: Ms. Tami's home and yard located in San Tan Valley, AZ
